4 white fish fillets (1 lb./450 g), such as halibut, cod or tilapia
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup sliced onions
60 g (about 1/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup roasted fresh red peppers
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Coat both sides of fish fillets with flour. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add fish; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Step 2
Meanwhile, blend cream cheese, red peppers, broth and garlic in blender until smooth; pour into saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Serve fish topped with cream cheese sauce and cilantro.
