1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
2 lb. (900 g) pork back ribs, cut into 2-rib portions

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except ribs until blended. Pour over ribs in large bowl; mix lightly.
Step 3
Spray 2 large sheets heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Spread ribs onto 1 foil sheet; drizzle with any sauce remaining in bowl. Cover with remaining foil sheet, sprayed side down. Fold edges to make packet.
Step 4
Grill 1 hour or until ribs are done, turning occasionally. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packet.

Five-Alarm Chicken Wings
Prepare recipe as directed, substituting chicken wings for the ribs and reducing the grilling the time to 45 min. or until wings are done.
Serving Suggestion
