4 small chicken leg quarters (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp. five-spice powder
8 Bibb lettuce leaves

Step 1
Bring large pan of water to boil. Add chicken; return to boil. Drain; set chicken aside.
Step 2
Mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 3
Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
