1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp. chopped thyme
1 lb. (450 g) beef flank steak
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, cut into wedges

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Whisk together dressing, garlic and thyme in shallow dish; reserve half. Add steak to dish; turn to evenly coat both sides. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Heat oil in large oven-proof skillet on medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and place in skillet; discard marinade. Cook steak 3 to 4 min. on each side or until browned.
Add onions and reserved dressing mixture to skillet. Bake 10 to 15 min. Remove from oven; cover. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
