How do I make it ?
Select All
Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Score both sides of steak with sharp knife. (See tip.)
Step 3
Grill steak and corn 6 min.; turn. Add tortillas to barbecue; grill 6 to 7 min. or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and corn is tender, turning corn and tortillas occasionally and brushing steak with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing for the last 2 min.
Step 4
Cut kernels from corn cobs. Combine with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers and lime juice; mix well.
Step 5
Mash avocado in medium bowl. Add sour cream and remaining dressing; mix well. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Spread avocado mixture evenly down centres of each tortilla; top with meat, corn salsa and cheese. Roll up.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
How to Score the Steak
Make 1/4-inch-deep cuts, about 1/2 inch apart, in diamond pattern on both sides of steak. This is often done to tougher cuts of meat, such as flank steaks, when they are not marinated before cooking.
Variation
These tacos are equally delicious when prepared with chicken. Heat barbecue to medium heat. Add 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g); grill 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Slice, then use as directed.
