Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.; spoon into 4 dessert cups. Let stand 5 min.
Meanwhile, use kitchen shears to cut each marshmallow crosswise into 5 pieces. Dip 1 cut side of each marshmallow piece, 1 at a time, into coloured sugar.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs over pudding.
Arrange 5 marshmallow pieces on top of each pudding cup to resemble flower as shown in photo.
