This simple pizza recipe is as easy as can be. The crispy toasted Italian bread gets topped with tomatoes, olives, savoury capers and cheese.

1 loaf (390 g) focaccia bread
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. capers
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1-1/2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Cut focaccia in half lengthwise to make 2 large rectangle halves.
Toss tomatoes, olives and capers in dressing; spoon over bread.
Bake 10 min. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are golden and toasted.

Spread bread with 1/4 cup pesto before topping with salsa.
Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
