Our Foil-Pack BBQ Chicken Bruschetta is the perfect recipe to make for a quick-and-easy dinner. Chicken breasts, colourful peppers and shredded cheese are topped with a tomato basil bruschetta sauce, then wrapped in foil and cooked on the barbecue. It doesn't get much easier than this!

1-1/3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
1 large each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Classico Bruschetta di Napoli Tomato Basil
1/4 cup fresh basil

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Reserve 1/3 cup cheese for later use. Toss peppers with dressing; spoon onto 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with chicken, remaining cheese and bruschetta. Fold to make 4 packets.
Grill 13 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Cut slits in foil; carefully open packets. Top chicken with reserved cheese and basil.

Serve with crusty bread, and a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
