This mega-sandwich is a fun way to make multiple ooey gooey little cheesy turkey sandwiches all at once in your oven. Just pull apart and watch it disappear! You will love this delicious sandwich idea for a game night or for any time you need a cheesy appetizer.

1 baguette piece (8 inch, about 1/3 of 350-baguette)
1/3 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Classico Basil Pesto di Genova
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 plum tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
4 slices cooked reduced-sodium bacon, cut in half
8 mozzarella slices
16 slices deli reduced-sodium turkey breast

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Use serrated knife to make 17 vertical cuts into top of baguette, making cuts about 1/2 inch apart and being careful to not cut through to bottom of baguette piece. (You will end up with 16 bread slices to make a total of 8 sandwiches.)
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise and pesto until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture for later use. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture evenly between every 2 slices of bread to coat insides of sandwiches, then fill sandwiches with spinach, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and turkey.
Step 4
Spread reserved mayonnaise mixture over tops of sandwiches. Wrap in foil.
Step 5
Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

How to Use the Remaining Baguette Piece
To make pesto croutons, cut half of the remaining baguette into bite-size cubes; place in medium bowl. Add additional 3 Tbsp. pesto; mix lightly. Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 400°F oven 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool, then store in airtight container until ready to add to your favourite tossed green salad. Then, serve the remaining baguette piece as part of a future meal. Wrap the bread in waxed paper, then microwave on HIGH 4 min. or just until warmed.
