125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup flour

2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, divided

Step 1
Use pulsing action of food processor to process cream cheese, butter, flour, cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp. sugar in food processor until mixture forms ball that pulls away from side of container. Place in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 24 balls; place 1 in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells.
Step 3
Beat egg in medium bowl until blended. Add vanilla and remaining sugar; mix well. Stir in nuts; spoon into pastry shells, filling each shell about 3/4 full.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned. Cool in pans 5 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
Step 5
Melt white chocolate as directed on package; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag. Use to pipe lines onto cookies to resemble photo.

Place measured amount of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until cream cheese is slightly softened.

Use Your Mixer
If you don't have a food processor, you can use your electric mixer instead. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour, cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp. sugar; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Continue as directed.
