2 baking potatoes (1 lb./450 g)
2 cups small broccoli florets, blanched, drained, patted dry and chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Prick potatoes; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 45 to 55 min. or until tender. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Heat broiler. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Scoop out centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Add broccoli, dressing and half the cheese to potato flesh; mix lightly.
Step 4
Place potato shells on prepared baking sheet; fill with broccoli mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Step 5
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through.

Use Your Microwave
Prick potatoes. Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 min. or until tender, turning over and rearranging every 3 min. Cool slightly. Make potato shells and stuff as directed. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through.

How to Blanch the Broccoli
Add broccoli to pan of boiling water; cook 1 to 2 min; or just until bright green in color. Drain, then immediately add broccoli to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain, then use as directed.
