1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled extra-large shrimp
1 Tbsp. Chinese Shao Hsing rice cooking wine
1/3 cup water
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped Chinese chives

Step 1
Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add ginger; stir-fry 5 sec. Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 min.
Step 2
Stir in wine; cook 15 sec. Add water and sugar; cook and stir 1 min.
Step 3
Add barbecue sauce; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp are done. Sprinkle with chives.
