Mix cream cheese product, spinach, 3/4 cup cheddar and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto pastry to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with remaining cheeses.
Fold edges of pastry over spinach mixture, leaving opening in centre.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool slightly.
