1 frozen pre-rolled puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
1/2 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Product
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Unroll pastry onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese product, spinach, 3/4 cup cheddar and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto pastry to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with remaining cheeses.
Step 4
Fold edges of pastry over spinach mixture, leaving opening in centre.
Step 5
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool slightly.
