How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Melt butter with oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and 1/4 tsp. pepper; cook 10 to 15 min. or until onions are softened and golden brown, stirring frequently and adding Worcestershire sauce for the last minute.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix meat, bread crumbs, grated onions, parsley, broth, mustard, egg, 1 Tbsp. dressing and remaining pepper just until blended. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
Step 4
Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with tomatoes and cheese; grill 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, grill buns 30 sec. to 1 min. on each side or until toasted.
Step 5
Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, cooked onions and remaining dressing. Cover with tops of buns.
