1 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup granular no-calorie sweetener, divided
3 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1/4 cup corn starch
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder
4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Combine graham crumbs, 1 Tbsp. sweetener and margarine; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix corn starch, water and remaining sweetener in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add dry jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Step 4
Pour about 1/3 cup jelly mixture into crust. Toss strawberries with remaining jelly mixture; spoon into crust.
Step 5
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with Cool Whip.

Omit graham crumbs, margarine and 1 Tbsp. granulated sweetener. Prepare recipe using 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch).
