1 each green and yellow pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 tomato, seeded, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Herb & Garlic Cheese, divided

Step 1
Cook and stir peppers in dressing in 10-inch skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until peppers are tender, adding tomatoes and garlic for the last minute.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over vegetables in skillet; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Step 3
Cook 10 to 12 min. or until centre is set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Cut into wedges to serve.
