You're going to need a napkin when you bite into this saucy Fried Chicken Sandwich. There's not just one sauce but two to add delicious flavour - Kraft Coleslaw Dressing and Diana Sauce Gourmet Spicy BBQ Sauce mixed with a touch of creamy Miracle Whip. Layered with lettuce, a crispy cooked chicken breast and coleslaw blend all served on a toasted sesame seed bun, this sandwich is sure to be a hit with family and friends alike.

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. oil
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, toasted
4 small lettuce leaves
1-1/2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Use sharp knife to make lengthwise slit in thickest side of each chicken breast, being careful to not cut through to opposite side of chicken. Open flat.
Step 3
Combine buttermilk and Italian seasoning in shallow dish.
Step 4
Dip chicken, one breast at a time, into buttermilk mixture, then coat with combined coating mixes as directed on package.
Step 5
Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 min. or until bottoms of chicken breasts are lightly browned. Turn chicken. Place skillet in oven.
Step 6
Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Step 7
Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and Miracle Whip until blended.
Step 8
Spread 1/2 the coleslaw dressing evenly onto bottom halves of buns; top with lettuce, chicken, barbecue sauce mixture, coleslaw blend and remaining coleslaw dressing. Cover with tops of buns.
