Step 1
Spread sorbet onto bottom of foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan. Freeze 10 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk and orange juice, beating after each addition until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread over sorbet in pan.
Step 3
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Unmold dessert onto plate just before serving.
