1/2 cup hot water
3-1/2 cups cold milk
1/3 cup brandy
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Step 1
DISSOLVE Viennese Chocolate Flavour powder with hot water in a blender container; blend until smooth.
Step 2
ADD 2 cups (500 mL) milk, mixing well.
Step 3
POUR mixture into large glass jug or punch bowl.
Step 4
STIR in remaining milk and brandy; chill.
Step 5
GENTLY fold in whipped cream.
