1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

2 yellow bananas, mashed

1-1/4 cups cold milk

1/4 cup amber rum

1 pkg (102 g) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

How do I make it ?

Step 1
LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap. Drizzle inside with melted chocolate; chill.
Step 2
MASH bananas; set aside.
Step 3
IN large mixer bowl add milk, rum, pudding powder and cheese. Beat on medium until smooth. Stir in bananas.
Step 4
FOLD in whipped topping; spoon into bowl. Freeze until firm.
Step 5
REMOVE from freezer, unmold and remove plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
