12 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 cup Kraft Pure Jam or Jelly
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh plums (or use peaches, pears or apricot s)
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind

How do I make it ?

Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
REMOVE crusts from bread. Cut in half diagonally. Arrange 10 triangles around sides of greased 10 inch (25 cm) pie plate or quiche dish.
Step 3
SPREAD 4 triangles with jam. Place in bottom of pie plate. Layer 4 more triangles and half the fruit. Repeat layers.
Step 4
CUT remaining triangles in half. Arrange in centre.
Step 5
BEAT eggs with milk, sugar and lemon rind. Pour over bread.
Step 6
BAKE 30 - 35 minutes.
