2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups pecans
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
dash cayenne pepper

Step 1
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Stir in nuts.
Step 2
Add dry jelly powder and ginger; mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until jelly powder is melted and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly. Stir in pepper.
Step 3
Spread onto parchment-covered tray. Cool completely.
