4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well.
Step 3
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 20 (3-inch) squares. Press 1 square onto bottom and up side of each of 20 mini muffin pan cups. Fill with chocolate mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
Step 4
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until pastry is golden brown. Cool in muffin pan 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
