1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4-1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) red kidney beans, rinsed
1 cup Classico di Campania Sweet Basil Marinara Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1-1/3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Brown meat with onions and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 2 min. Add peppers, beans, pasta sauce and chili sauce; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.
