1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 zucchini, coarsely chopped
4 shallots, chopped
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Add dressing, zucchini and shallots to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Top with cheese.
