330 g spaghetti, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium vegetable broth
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add broccoli, carrots and mushrooms; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in chili sauce, broth and onions. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain spaghetti. Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.
