Planning for a potluck? Give this Garden Pasta Salad a try. Made with fusilli pasta, fresh vegetables and a creamy garlic dressing, this pasta salad is the perfect make-ahead.
How do I make it ?
COOK 4 cups fusili pasta according to package directions, adding 1 cup each baby carrots and coarsely chopped asparagus during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water.
COMBINE 3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread (or use Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing), 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 1 clove garlic, minced. Pour over pasta mixture and toss.
Mix In 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion and cover and chill for up to 2 hours.

To make in advance, prepare salad but do not add dressing until just before serving.
