3/4 cup fibre-enriched farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 small apple
1 cup 1% milk

Step 1
Cook pasta in medium saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding frozen mixed vegetables to the boiling water the last 3 min.
Step 2
Drain; rinse with cold water. Place in container with lid, Add tomatoes, cheese and dressing; cover. Shake gently to combine ingredients.
Step 3
Serve with apple and milk.
