8 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into quarters
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Toss spinach with tomatoes in large serving bowl.
Step 2
Cook and stir bacon and onions in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Discard drippings from skillet. Return bacon mixture to skillet. Add vinegar, water, sugar and pepper; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add to spinach mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
