1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup Renée's Coleslaw Dressing
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey

How do I make it ?
Toss spinach with sprouts, mushrooms, bacon and eggs; spoon onto tortillas.
Microwave remaining ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; drizzle over topped tortillas. Roll up; cut in half to serve.
