Step 1
Mix dressing, ginger and garlic until blended. Pour over shrimp in large bowl; mix lightly. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Heat large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add undrained shrimp; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in onions.
Step 3
Serve over rice.
