How do I make it ?
Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain. Return to saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients; mash until smooth.

For added colour and texture, prepare with unpeeled red-skinned new potatoes.
