330 g pappardelle pasta, uncooked
1 bunch (250 g) broccolini, trimmed
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1 jar (650 mL) Classico Organic Tomato Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

How do I make it ?
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting the salt and adding the broccolini to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in pasta sauce; cook on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta mixture. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.

Add 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper to hot oil in skillet along with the shrimp.
Substitute 4 cups small broccoli florets for the broccolini.
