24 uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp (3/4 lb./340 g)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh Italian parsley
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon zest

12 thin slices English cucumber, cut in half

How do I make it ?
Cook and stir shrimp, garlic and parsley in oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Cool to room temperature.
Mix mayonnaise with lemon zest.
Top crackers with mayonnaise mixture, cucumbers and shrimp.
