1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce

Step 1
Place steak in shallow dish. Spread both sides of steak with garlic; press firmly into steak.
Step 2
Pour barbecue sauce over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
