Step 1
Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350ºF. Step 2
Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs. Add flour; mix well. Pour into 9-inch square disposable foil pan sprayed with cooking spray. Step 3
Place on unlit side of barbecue; close lid and cook 20 min. Top with combined wafer pieces and marshmallows; cook 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre of brownie comes out with fudgy crumbs and marshmallows are golden brown. (Do not overcook.) Remove from barbecue. Immediately top with chocolate chips; cool completely. Kraft Kitchen Tips!
How to Easily Remove Brownie from Pan
Starting at top edge of cooled pan, use kitchen shears to make cuts at corners of pan. Press down sides of pan to flatten. Use thin metal spatula to remove cooled brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
Special Extra
Since coffee helps bring out the flavour of chocolate desserts, add 1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water, to the melted chocolate mixture along with the eggs.
