Bring 2 cups water and ginger to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
Step 2
Pour through strainer into 2-L heatproof plastic or glass pitcher.
Step 3
Add drink mix and remaining water; stir until mix is dissolved. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Step 4
Serve over ice.
