220 g soba noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cups coarsely chopped bok choy
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix dressing and ginger until blended. Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until meat is done. Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Step 3
Drain noodles. Serve topped with meat mixture.
