1 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups skim milk

How do I make it ?
Bring first 4 ingredients just to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat; cook 3 min. or until thickened to syrup-like consistency. Remove from heat.
Heat milk just until warmed; pour into 4 mugs.
Add coffee and sugar syrup; stir until well blended.

Garnish each serving with 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping and a sprinkling of additional ground cinnamon.
The sugar syrup can be made ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 3 days before using as directed.
