Cook snow peas in boiling water 2 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat dressing in small saucepan on medium-high heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 1 min.
Step 3
Drain snow peas; place in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Substitute
Substitute snow peas for the sugar snap peas. Sometimes called sugar peas, they are sweet tender pods will plump, fully developed rounded peas inside.
How to Toast Sesame Seed
Cook sesame seed in skillet on medium-low heat 2 to 4 min. or until lightly browned.
Special Extra
For extra flavour, add 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot to the cooked snow peas with the dressing mixture.
