3 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, divided
1-1/4 cups butter, softened
7 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Microwave 2 pkg. chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.Whisk egg yolks and sugar in large bowl with mixer until pale yellow and triple in volume. Add vanilla and chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Whisk egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed 5 min. or until soft peaks form. Gently fold 1 cup into chocolate mixture. Fold in remaining egg whites until just combined.
Step 4
Pour batter into 9-inch round springform pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs (do not over bake). Cool 20 min.
Step 5
Meanwhile, microwave remaining chocolate and Cool Whip in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Loosen cake from side of pan with knife. Invert cake onto plate; spread with chocolate glaze.
