1 lb. (450 g) frozen gnocchi, uncooked
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
3 Tbsp. Classico Basil Pesto di Genova
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes

Step 1
Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and pesto in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are softened. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.
Step 3
Drain gnocchi. Add to cream cheese sauce in skillet; stir gently to evenly coat gnocchi. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve topped with Parmesan and tomatoes.
