1 cup basmati rice, uncooked, rinsed
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked large shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/4 cup Kraft Oil and Vinegar Dressing
1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, finely chopped
20 fresh curry leaves
1/2 tsp. black mustard seed

Step 1
Place rice in medium bowl. Add enough cold water to cover rice. Let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, combine next 10 ingredients.
Step 2
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.
Step 3
Drain rice. Add to onion mixture in skillet with the shrimp mixture; stir. Cover; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
