1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 cup salsa
1 pkg. (425 g) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in salsa. Remove from heat.
Place 1 crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1 inch of edge. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edge with fork.
Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.

Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
Top with 1 small chopped tomato and 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
Serve with a mixed green salad and cold glass of skim milk to round out the meal.
