Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in food colouring. Let stand 5 min.
Stir Cool Whip into pudding; spoon into 10 (about 175-mL) paper or plastic cups. Top with cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with sprinkles and fruit snacks just before serving.

Insert plastic skeleton hands into tops of dirt cups just before serving. Look for them at your local dollar store, or arts and crafts store.
These fun dirt cups can instead be served frozen. Prepare recipe as directed, then freeze 3 hours or until firm. Top with sprinkles and fruit snacks before serving.
