2 lb. (900 g) baking potatoes (about 4)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup Heinz Beef Gravy
2 Tbsp. Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 tsp. each chili powder and garlic powder
1/4 lb. (115 g) Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick lengthwise wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil; mix lightly.
Step 3
Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 35 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 min. After about 10 min., bring gravy, ketchup and seasonings to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Spoon potatoes into shallow ovenproof dish; top with cheese. Bake 2 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
Step 6
Drizzle with gravy mixture.
