Bake 35 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 min. After about 10 min., bring gravy, ketchup and seasonings to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Spoon potatoes into shallow ovenproof dish; top with cheese. Bake 2 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
Drizzle with gravy mixture.
