How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add seafood; cook 3 to 4 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/4 cup dressing; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
Toss seafood mixture with all remaining ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir in cheese just before serving.
