1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese
8 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed, cut crosswise in half
1/4 cup butter, melted

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until onions are softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add spinach and garlic powder; mix well.
Step 3
Mix eggs, ricotta and feta until blended. Add to spinach mixture; mix well.
Step 4
Place 1 phyllo sheet piece in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; brush lightly with some of the butter. Repeat with 7 of the remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing each phyllo piece with some of the remaining butter before covering with next phyllo sheet piece.
Step 5
Spread spinach mixture evenly over phyllo stack in baking dish; top with remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing some of the remaining butter between each layer.
Step 6
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown.

Storage Know-How
The remaining phyllo sheets from the package can be wrapped tightly and refrozen until ready to use as desired.
Substitute 1/4 cup olive oil for the melted butter.
