1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Greek with Feta & Oregano Dressing & Marinade, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 lemon
1/3 cup thinly sliced halved shallots
3 cups frozen peas, thawed
1-1/2 cups each sugar snap peas and snow peas, trimmed
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, divided

Step 1
Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (170ºF) and golden brown on both sides. Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm. Carefully wipe skillet clean with paper towel.
Step 2
Grate 2 tsp. zest from lemon; mix with remaining dressing. Cut lemon into 4 slices; set aside. Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add all the peas; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in cheese and half the mint.
Step 3
Top pea mixture with chicken and any chicken juices. Serve garnished with remaining mint and lemon slices.
