1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
4 small whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Mix cream cheese product, chiles and cumin; spread onto tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients.
Roll up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.

Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.
Prepare using sun-dried tomato-flavoured flour tortillas.
